WHAT IS VITAMIN C?
Vitamin C, also known as antiscorbutic vitamin or ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that is nowadays considered a vital part of growth and development.
IN WHAT FOODS IS VITAMIN C FOUND?
