Each acidophilus tablet contains a whopping 20 billion bacteria cultures. The bacteria come from the bifidobacterium and lactobacillus families and are a "friendly" bunch, found naturally in the vagina, mouth and intestine.

The bacteria in these acidophilus capsules come from lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium bifidum. Because they are so potent, you only need to take one a day, preferably with a meal.

Directions for Use / Warning

Take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not swallow the capsules with hot drinks because heat destroys bacteria.
