Precision-engineered creatine capsules contain our ultra-pure creatine monohydrate. Creatine, which is found naturally within the body, is primarily produced in the liver and then transported in the blood to muscle cells. Creatine increases performance in high-intensity exercise and, as a result, can be very beneficial to your training regimen, whether spinning, jogging or weight training. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine, which can also be supplemented in the diet by eating fish and red meat.
When you train, the initial burst of energy that comes into contact with your muscles comes from a substance called ATP (adenosine triphosphate). When your muscle is about to contract, one of the three phosphates is released from the other two. This is where the energy for the initial muscle contraction is produced.
Once this energy release has occurred, you are left with ADP (adenosine diphosphate). Creatine's job is to reattach the released phosphate to ADP, thus creating more ATP for subsequent muscle contractions.

Instructions for use / Warning
Take six (6) capsules daily (three (3) before exercise and three (3) after exercise). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Maintain adequate hydration during and after training: drink a minimum of six to eight glasses of water a day.
