Triggered by milk and dairy products, lactose intolerance can lead to poor digestion. These capsules contain lactase, a digestive enzyme that helps break down lactose.
How to Use / Warning
Take one (1) softgel just before eating a meal, food or drink that contains lactose. You can take up to three (3) capsules a day. This product should be taken internally and not added directly to milk or other dairy products. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
