How to use / Warning
Take one sachet daily for 14 days, dissolved in mineral water at room temperature, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or at the last minute before going to bed (minimum 2 hours after dinner). Let the contents of the sachet dissolved in water rest for 1 minute before eating. Once taken, do not eat any food for 10 minutes. After 14 days, take one sachet a week, for 3 months.
