Salus Floradix Syrup 500 ml. contains ferrous gluconate, an easily absorbed bivalent iron salt. According to the WHO, iron deficiency is one of the most widespread nutritional deficiencies among the Western population and is due to both causes derived from changes in eating habits and physiological causes (iron is a mineral that is difficult to absorb).
Latent iron deficiency is not a disease, but it can cause nonspecific tiredness, discouragement, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, as well as pale skin and brittle nails. Generally this is more common in women of childbearing age, due to menstrual blood loss and also due to the increasing scarcity of red meat in the usual diet.
The Floradix formula is specially designed to optimize the absorption of iron, the acids in fruit juices and vitamin C contribute to this. How to use / Warning
Use the measuring cup. Shake the bottle before use.
Adults and young people from 12 years of age: take 10ml twice a day half an hour before breakfast and dinner.
Children from 6 to 11 years: take 5ml twice a day half an hour before breakfast and dinner.
Children from 3 to 5 years old: take 5ml once a day half an hour before eating.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not drink directly from the bottle.
