Holland & Barrett Omega Plus D3 capsules contain 664 mg of active EPA/DHA with 25 µg of vitamin D3. EPA and DHA are Omega-3 essential fatty acids commonly found in fish oils. Essential fatty acids must be ingested from food, since the body does not produce them naturally.
