How to Use / Warning
Add 11 g of powder (approximately 4 heaping teaspoons) to a container, add 250 ml of water or any hot or cold drink and stir well for 30 seconds MEALS: Sprinkle or mix 11 g of powder (about 4 heaping teaspoons) at breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
