Returns
We are sure you will love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the items within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange or refund them.
You can send your unwanted items to us using the return label provided with your delivery note. Be sure to also include your delivery note in the package. So that we can process your refund as quickly as possible, please download and complete the returns form. Click here. Please note that Futorvit S.L is not responsible for the costs of returning packages to our warehouse. Futorvit S.L will also not be responsible for the costs derived from the loss of returned packages. We recommend that you return packages to our warehouse via tracked courier service.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Lost or damaged packages
If you have any lost or missing products from your order, please contact our customer service team at queries@futorvit.com or call us at +34 952 766 327.
Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date; We will not be responsible for any loss if you fail to do so.
We take great care to ensure that your items reach you in good condition. However, should you receive a damaged item, simply return it to us and we will be happy to refund or replace it. Returns can be made using the return label with your documentation.
Additional information on returns
We reserve the right to request the return of defective products with the shipping number on the outside of your package, by registered delivery to the address indicated below, and the products will be inspected. If the defect is proven, a full refund will be given for returned products.
We will not be responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of returned products. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products that do not return to our warehouse.
