5. Ordering Products

6. Price and payment

7. Delivery of products

b) If you do not accept delivery of the products or do not provide appropriate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this case, we will refund the price of the products, but you will still be responsible for paying the shipping costs.

8. Order Cancellation
a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after delivery of your products. The notification must indicate your order number and the reason for cancellation.

b) If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. Products must be returned in reasonable condition and at your expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

c) You will not be able to cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your legal rights to the quality of those products will not be affected.

9. General
a) The products advertised on the website are intended for sale to persons acting as consumers and not for resale.

b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 will not apply to any contract between us and therefore no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.

d) Your online account will be automatically closed if there is no account activity for a period of 12 months.

10.Holland & Barrett Reward Points Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, apply to all Holland & Barrett Spain operations. Holland & Barrett Spain is operated by Futorvit S.l, who is the operator of the H&B Reward Points program ("the program") and any participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. The H&B Reward Points account, card, keychains, coupons and points, in any form, are issued and remain the property of Holland & Barrett Spain and Futorvit SL, which may, at any time, terminate the program, alter or modify the operating conditions of the program.

All members of the program must be residents of Spain and over 18 years of age.

Holland & Barrett Reward Points, in any form, are non-transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who has the name and is registered for the card.

Members are only entitled to one reward point each. Holland & Barrett Spain reserves the right to reject, merge or close additional accounts at any time.

Your reward points are personal to you. We do not issue additional rewards points to your account, although family and friends can of course claim their own rewards points online.

The program is for personal and consumer use only. Your Rewards Points account cannot be used for any transaction or commercial purpose.

Reward Points can only be used for purchases at www.hollandandbarrett.es in Spain and are not valid at any other Holland & Barrett stores or online stores worldwide, except www.hollandandbarrett.es

Reward Points accounts and their points cannot be transferred, purchased, sold or traded in any way.

To receive full membership benefits, you must log in to your account at checkout and not as a guest.

Members must register their personal details and keep Holland & Barrett Spain informed of any changes. Holland & Barrett Spain is not responsible for any loss of points incurred as a result of outdated information. Rewards Points accounts that are inactive in collecting or spending points for 90 days, or accounts with outdated information that have not been updated for one year will be deleted and any points or coupons will be forfeited.

Custody of www.hollandandbarrett.es login details remains the responsibility of the Reward Points member, as does any account information. Holland & Barrett Spain is not responsible for any loss arising from the member's failure to ensure the security or custody of these items.

10.1. Any abuse or attempted abuse of the program;

10.2 Any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those relating to optional program elements; or

10.3 Any behavior related to Reward Points or Holland & Barrett Spain that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behavior, or provision of false or misleading information.

10.4 Holland & Barrett Spain may refuse to issue, withdraw or cancel Reward Points accounts and points, in any form, and/or remove a member from the program at any time when there is a reasonable belief of:

Members can choose to leave the program at any time. Upon leaving the program, members forfeit any points or coupons already accumulated or issued.

Members who do not accumulate points for one year will be removed from the program and must apply for a new membership if they wish to rejoin.

Members may acquire the points of a close relative who has died by providing a written request, informing us of the deceased's membership details.
