Terms Subscribe

Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by Holland & Barrett. Holland & Barrett reserves the right to change the repeat order benefits, the discount amount and free delivery offer at any time. Subscribe & Save items will ship automatically based on the frequency you select until you cancel. By placing your order you are authorising us to charge your payment method for future orders at the frequency you have selected.

 

You can change the frequency or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the My Subscriptions section which can be found in My Account. On all subscription orders you will qualify for the best product price and free standard delivery. The best price is calculated based on the lowest price available in the 90 days prior to the date your order places (subject to a maximum 50% discount). You’ll receive a 5% discount for all subscription orders.

 

Your first order is excluded from free delivery unless you spend the following: more than £25 for Standard delivery or more than £60 for Next Day delivery. Free delivery is available on subsequent subscription orders, regardless of the order value.

 

All transactions are subject to our standard terms and conditions.  If you cancel any order, you will be refunded with the amount you have actually paid for the product(s).

 

90 Day Price Promise

The best price is calculated based on the lowest price available in the 90 days prior to the date your order places (subject to a maximum 50% discount), and may also exclude prices from short term promotional events.

 

Communications

3 to 5 days prior to your subscription delivery you will receive an upcoming orders email. Please note the price in this email is subject to change. The price you pay will be set out in your order confirmation email.

 

Eligible Purchases

Only items marked with the ‘Subscribe & Save’ on product pages will qualify for Subscribe & Save benefits.

 

5th order free

Holland and Barrett reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time with no notice.

The 5^th order free only applies to items you have on subscription and not to other regular orders that you may place.

 

Termination

We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.
