Vegetarian Sausage Bake

A hearty vegetarian bake is the perfect family dinner, packed with plants and great for gut health, this is one everyone will enjoy!


˃ Preparation time: 10 minutes

˃ Cooking time: 40 minutes

˃ Total time: 50 minutes




  1.   Preheat the oven to 180c.
  2.   Add the oil to a frying pan over medium heat and when hot, add the sausages. Cook according to package instructions.
  3.   Remove the sausages and dry with a kitchen towel. Place the pan back on the heat.
  4.   Add the sausages back to the pan with the beans, wort and 8-point plant sauce.
  5.   Bring to a simmer and remove from heat. Pour the contents of the pan into a saucepan.
  6.   Mix breadcrumbs, garlic and parmesan. Sprinkle evenly over sausage mixture.
  7.   Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the crumb is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling.
  8.       Serve and enjoy!
