Holland & Barrett CholestaGuard Capsule contains beta sitosterol, one of the most abundant plant sterols available. Plant sterols may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels that are already within the normal range, as part of a healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of around 2g of plant sterols. Total dietary intake from foods and phytosterol supplements should not exceed 3 g (3000 mg) per day. This product has lecithin and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
How to Use / Warning
Take five (5) tablets daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
