How to use / Warning
Add one tablespoon (6 g) of powder to 300 ml of water or your preferred beverage. Suggested use: 6-12 grams before training, 6-12 grams during training and/or 6-12 grams after training. Ensure adequate hydration during and after training - Minimum of six to eight glasses of water a day.
