Holland & Barrett Pure Cod Liver Oil is high in omega-3 essential fatty acids and is also an excellent source of vitamins A and D. Both vitamins A and D contribute to the normal functioning of the system immune. Vitamin A also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, while vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bone and muscle function.
This product also contains garlic. To reduce odors and preserve active components and nutritional value, we use a cold extraction process.
How to Use / Warning
